Available on order are: senecionine, seneciphylline, jacobine, erucifoline, acetylseneciphylline, acetylerucifoline, jaconine and jacoline, including their respective N-oxides, at high purity levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.explant.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/korte-lijn-horizontaal-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-152\" width=\"400\" height=\"4\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.explant.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/korte-lijn-horizontaal-1.png 429w, https:\/\/www.explant.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/korte-lijn-horizontaal-1-300x3.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-text-color\" style=\"color:#45a300\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><span style=\"color:#45a300\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Strictosidine:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"color:#45a300\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Supported by funding in an IOP genomics project, <em>Catharanthus roseus <\/em>cell-lines were optimized for strictosidine production. With support of an IPC project, methods were subsequently developed&nbsp; for isolation of strictosidine and conversion to strictosamide, a potential anti-malarial drug, currently extracted from <em>Nauclea latifolia <\/em>trees.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"429\" height=\"5\" src=\"https:\/\/www.explant.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/korte-lijn-horizontaal-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-152\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.explant.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/korte-lijn-horizontaal-1.png 429w, https:\/\/www.explant.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/korte-lijn-horizontaal-1-300x3.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 429px) 100vw, 429px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-text-color\" style=\"color:#45a300\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><span style=\"color:#45a300\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Gluco-vanilline and Gluco-vanillylalcohol:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"color:#45a300\" class=\"has-inline-color\">As follow-up of the RAAK Hollandse Vanille project, ExPlant developed methods to produce gluco-vanilline and gluco-vanillylalcohol from vanillin by biotransformation by <em>Catharanthus<\/em> cultured cells.
